Discussed is the role of the typical case combined with PBL teaching mode in clinical probation of hematology diseases. It is found that that PBL teaching mode can promote medical students to participate in diagnosis and treatment of typical cases of hematological diseases and improve the ability of comprehensive thinking and clinical analysis for medical students.
