进入21世纪后,服务全球化浪潮不断兴起,越来越多的跨国服务公司的全球化步伐不断加快。全球服务营销在理论和实践方面都成为备受关注的焦点。为了更好地理清学术脉络,为跨国服务公司提供理论指导。本文在对1980--2006年全球服务营销研究领域的重要学术文献的观点进行梳理、归纳和凝炼的基础上,重点将能够反映全球服务营销战略理论演变轨迹和代表性观点的文献以清晰的研究脉络展现出来。重点阐释了Lovelock和Yip反映当今全球服务营销领域最前沿和最具有代表性的观点及其理论精华。在充分肯定其研究贡献的基础上,指出了他们的局限和不足。最后是本文的研究结论和未来研究展望。
With globalization and the increase in the trade of service,theories of global service marketing are becoming the focus of many scholars and practitioners. This paper reviews around 100 English articles in the field, which were published between 1980 and 2006. Based on an analysis of the key literature, we suggest directions to pursue in the future.
