采用日本岛津荧光光度计RF5301,研究了防风煮沸液的荧光光谱与激发光波长的关系.实验结果表明,在不同波长的光激发下,防风产生的荧光光谱线型及峰值波长基本相同,与激发波长无关,但荧光峰强度随激发波长变化而变化.防风的第1个发射区处于220~430 nm,第2个发射区处于540~740 nm,最佳激发波长为320 nm,荧光峰值为430 nm.为防风的光谱特性研究提供了实验依据.
The fluorescence spectra of the Saposhnikovia divaricata with different excitation wavelength was measured with the fluorescence photometer RF5301 ( SHIMADZU ) made in Japan. The relationship between the fluorescence spectra of the Saposhnikovia divaricata and the excitation wavelength was studied during the experiment. The experimental results show that the line type and peak wavelength of the fluorescence spectra of Saposhnikovia divaricata excited by ultraviolet radiation with different wavelength are almost same, and they do not depend on the excitation wavelength. But the fluorescence peak value changes the excitation wavelength. There are two high intensity emission intervals in the fluorescence spectra. One of these is from about 220 nm to 430 nm, and the other is about 540 nm to 740 nm. The fluorescence spectroscopy indicated that the best excitation wavelength is 320 nin, and at this time the peak of wavelength of fluorescence is 430 nm. This study provides an experimental basis for the spectrum characteristics of the Saposhnikovia divaricata.
