利用RF-5301荧光分光光度计研究了大庆产防风水浸液和煮沸液的荧光光谱特征.实验结果表明,防风水浸液的荧光峰值为430nm,煮沸液的荧光峰值为427nm.水浸液在质量浓度为2.83g/L时荧光峰强度最大,煮沸液在质量浓度为0.92g/L时荧光峰强度最大.不同浓度的防风水浸液和煮沸液的荧光峰的中心位置基本一致,但荧光强度随浓度的变化而变化.此研究对中药防风的炮制方法和药理学研究提供了一定的参考价值.
Studied on the fluorescence spectra of different concentrations of Daqing Saposhnikovia divaricata aqueous extraction and boiling liquid with the fluorescence photometer RF5301 ( SHIMADZU ) made in Japan. The results show that the fluorescence peak of Daqing Saposhnikovia divaricata aqueous extraction is 430 nm, and the boiling liquid is 427 nm. When the concentration of aqueous extraction is 2.83 g/L, the peak intensity of fluorescence is the highest, and when the concentration of boiling liquid is 0.92 g/L, the peak intensity of fluorescence was the highest. The central position of the fluorescence peak of the different concentration of the Saposhnikovia divaricata aqueous extraction and boiling liquid is basically the same, but the fluorescence intensity changes with the change of concentration. This study will provide some reference value for the study of fluorescent method and pharmacology of the Saposhnikovia divaricata.
