大多数空间行波管采用了辐射型收集极,通过增加结构的辐射散热面积对其进行有效的散热。本文通过使用ANSYS有限元分析软件,对不同结构辐射散热器的散热性能进行模拟对比,得到一种优化的散热器结构。该结构能够在不影响散热性能的前提下,使散热器的质量显著降低。模拟分析为空间行波管辐射散热器的优化设计提供了有效的参考依据和手段。
Radiation cooled collector is widely used in majority of space traveling wave tubes,and the effective heat dissipation requires the increase of structure's radiation area.With the help of ANSYS finite element analysis software,an optimized structure of radiator is obtained through the simulation comparison of various radiator structures' heat dissipation performance.The optimized structure can significantly reduce the weight of radiator with maintaining the same level of heat dissipation performance.The simulation analysis provides with reference and approaches for the optimal design of space traveling wave tubes' radiator.
