SHAO Xianjun received the Ph.D degrees in electrical engineering from Xi'an Jiaotong University, Xi'an, China in 2012. From 2010 to 2011, he was as a double doctoral degree student in Tokushima University, Tokushima, Japan. He is currently working as an engineer in Research Institute of State Grid Zhejiang Electric Power Company, Hangzhou, Zhejiang. His research interests include atmospheric pressure plasma jets and their applications, partial discharge diagnosis in GIS. ZHANG Guanjun was born in Shandong Province, China, in October 1970. He received the B.S., M.S. and Ph.D. degrees in electrical engineering from Xi'an Jiaotong University (XJTU), in 1991, 1994 and 2001, respectively, e is currently a Professor with the State Key Laboratory of Electrical Insulation and Power equipment and the School of Electrical Engineering at XJTU. In 2011, he received the support of the National Science Found for Distinguished Young Scholars of China. His current research interests include dielectric phenomena under high voltage, discharge physics and plasma technology, and condition maintenance of power equipment.
