CHANG Zhengshi was born Gansu Province, China, in January 1984. He received the M.S. degree in College of Physics and Electronic Engineering in 2010, from Northwest Normal University, Lanzhou, China. He is currently working toward the Ph.D. degree in electrical engineering at Xi'an Jiaotong University, Xi'an, China. He received the B.S., M.S. and Ph.D. degrees in eleclrical engineering from Xi'an Jiaotong University (XJTU), in 199l, 1994 and 2001, respectively. He is currently a Profes- sor with the State Key Laboratory of Electrical Insulation and Power equipment and the School of Electrical Engineering at XJTU. In 2011, he received the support of the National Science Found for Distinguished Young Scholars of China.
