骨形态发生蛋白-2(BMP-2)属于TGF-β(β转化生长因子超家族),是目前成骨活性最强、研究最广泛的骨生长因子。BMP-2等外源性生长因子稳定性不好、体内半衰期短,需要大剂量、多次应用,因此,研究BMP-2的缓释方法具有重要意义。本文对BMP-2的促骨再生作用、不同类型的BMP-2缓释载体及其选择原则、不同类型的缓释材料的研究及其他较为新颖的BMP-2缓释材料的研究等进行综述,提出研发生物相容性更好、栽药率更高的可降解的新型载体等将是未来研究的重点方向。
Bone morphogenetic protein -2 ( BMP-2 ), which belongs to the TGF-beta ( transforming growth factor beta), is the most active and widely studied bone growth factor. BMP-2 is volatile and short in terms of its half-life in vivo, so it has to be applied in large doses and for multiple times. Therefore, the study of sustained release of BMP-2 is of great significance. In this paper, the role of BMP-2 in promoting bone regeneration, different types of sustained release carriers and their selec- tion principles,study of the sustained-release materials of different forms and other relatively new BMP-2 sustained-release materials research are summarized. It is the key direction of future research to develop a new biodegradable carrier material with better biocompatibility and higher drug loading rate.
