This article introduced the recent progresses in the crystalline structural determination of Ta2O5 and (Ta2O5)1-x(TiO2)x using TEM techniques,including HREM and the corresponding simulations.The crystalline structural details of Ta2O5 and(Ta2O5)1-x(TiO2)x suggest the correlations between the ordered structure and the high dielectric constant in(Ta2O5)0.92(TiO2)0.08 system.
