Group investment is an important mode of industry transfer, and in this process, some leading enterprises lead a group of upstream and downstream firms in related industries to transfer together. Comparing with the traditional industry transfer ways, its advantages are obvious ： the transfer of the whole industry chain saves a lot of transaction cost for the firms concerned; besides, it will also play a positive role in forming industries with special potentials for the local economy. Upon this investment pattern, it analyzes the impact on regional economy by empirical models. In the end it gives some adviees.
