针对我国建筑企业技术创新绩效水平偏低的现状,运用协方差结构分析方法建立了建筑企业技术创新绩效与内部创新要素管理、合作创新管理行为间的关系模型,并在此基础上分析了我国建筑企业技术创新状况调查问卷的数据。发现建筑企业的合作创新管理与内部创新要素管理行为之间存在表里配合关系,它们共同对技术创新绩效产生影响,但前者的影响程度相对于后者较弱。增强对人才、知识和资金等技术创新要素的管理能力,在企业、大学、科研机构、技术咨询服务机构等组织间形成和发展合作创新网络,将是未来改善我国建筑企业技术创新绩效的根本途径。
In view of the current situation of the technological innovation performances horizontal of the construction enterprises is low in China,a model reflected the relationships between technological innovation performances of the construction enterprises,the management behaviors of innovative elements of the enterprises and cooperative innovation management is formed by using the method of covariance structure analysis.Based on this,the questionnaire’s data of the technological innovation survey of construction enterprises in China is analyzed.The results show that the exterior-interior relationship exists between the cooperative innovation management and the management of innovative elements of the construction enterprises,both of them have an influence on the technological innovation performances,but the former’s influence is weaker than the latter’s.A fundamental way to improve the technological innovation performances of construction enterprises in China is to strengthen the management of the innovative elements of construction enterprises,such as fund for technological innovation,human resource,the knowledge,etc.,develop the cooperative innovation network between the organizations such as enterprises,universities,scientific research institutes,technical advisory services and so on.
