本文基于小波包变换研究了不同物种血红蛋白α链和β链的能量分布情况,结果表明小波包能量作为同源蛋白质的特征向量,不仅能够体现出蛋白质的同源性,而且也能反映出蛋白质在进化过程中的遗传变异情况,并从分子水平揭示了医学上用猪血代替人血解决血液短缺问题的缘由,为蛋白质功能的研究提出了一种新的研究思路
The wavelet energy distributions of hemoglobin alpha and beta chains from different species are investigated based on wavelet packet transform. The results show the wavelet energy as feature vector is suitable to examine the genetic variation of homologous proteins. The conclusion provides molecular evidence which pig's blood is promising to replace the human blood to release the lack of human blood in medicine. This paper offers a new idea of the study on the protein function.
