日本和韩国高速铁路客运站建设及其周边发展情况对我国高速铁路客运站建设及周边地区开发具有一定启示。从日韩的经验看,客运站一般位于城市中心区,是一座高度复合的综合性建筑体,建筑设计以功能优先为原则,其周边的土地利用通常采取高强度紧凑的开发模式,同时应注意在周边土地利用上预留定的弹性,以适应未来新项目发展的需要。
In this paper experiences and inspiration for construction and development of high speed train station and surrounding area for China are summarized based on the introduction of such cases in Japan and Korea. According to the Japanese and Korean experiences, high speed train stations usually locate in city centers and are usually highly complex buildings. The architectural design of these stations follows the functionoriented principle. Development of surrounding area usually follows the compact land use development model with flexibility to accommodate the development needs of new projects in the future.
