文化是旅游开发的灵魂,进行文化旅游资源开发则是提高区域旅游业持久生命力与吸引力的关键。本文在对文化旅游与文化旅游资源认识的基础上。通过对东北地区文化旅游资源的地理文脉分析,将东北地区文化旅游资源划分为十大类,针对这十类文化旅游资源提出了产品开发构想,并根据文化旅游资源分布组合情况构建了东北地区文化旅游资源总体空问结构,提出了“三个核心、十五个经典区域、五条主线路”的空间开发构想。

英文摘要:

The tourism becomes the high-level consume to satisfy the people' s cultural needs. Out of question, cultural tourism becomes the center of tourism attraction by the right ofthe unique resources; the exploitation of the cultural tourism is key component of maintaining vitality and attraction of regional tourism development. Based on the recognition of the cultural tourism and the cultural tourism recourses, this paper analyses the humanism background of the cultural tourism recourses in Northeast China, and then divides ten different cultural tourism resources, puts forward the consideration on the ten different cultural tourism resources, finally constructs overall cultural tourism resource spatial structure in Northeast China. Nowadays, sightseeing is given priority to exploit in Northeast China, however, the cultural connation of tourism is ignored, furthermore, the investment in cultural tourism and the planner engaged in cultural tourism are far from the satisfactory level. In author' s opinion, in a sense, the culture is regarded as the soul of the exploitation of tourism resources, the tourism ignored culture only is low-level tourism, and usually accompanies the bad products of the short period. Firstly, this paper analyses the concepts of cultural tourism and cultural tourism resources, and then catches on the connotation of cultural tourism, summaries the characters of cultural tourism. In the second part, the author analyses and highlights the cultural foundation; accordingly list the figure of culture in Northeast China. Thirdly, the author classifies the cultural tourism resources according to features and diversities of the cultural tourism resources in Northeast China. Next, the author puts forward different designable blue print amid at ten cultural tourism recourses. Lastly, based on the situation of the cultural tourism recourses, this paper constructs the overall cultural tourism resource spatial structure in Northeast China and puts forward a spatial designable planning: three center,
