This paper analyzes paths that make Hi-tech Olympics from idea to realization. There are three paths to guarantee the Hi-tech Olympics. They are technological innovation, scientific and technological industrialization including based- Olympic-technology, Olympic environmental technology, sport technology and restructure of groups of industries, as well as public technology application which is based on the value to serve the people＇s livelihood.
