随着列车高速化、重载化,轮轨间的接触疲劳越来越严重。列车运行时产生的摩擦热也大大增加。巨大的摩擦热使钢轨表面产生很大的温升,如果钢轨表面温度过高,会使钢轨表面的磨损加速,甚至发生裂纹、剥离等破坏。而车轮通过瞬间钢轨表面瞬态传热系数的大小直接影响钢轨表面的散热程度。因此,本文通过实验方法获得了钢轨表面的瞬态传热特性,从而为准确分析钢轨表面的瞬态传热提供依据。
With the increasing of train speed and axle load,the wheel/rail contact fatigue is more and more serious.And the friction heat is increased greatly when the train is running.The abundant friction heat greatly increases the surface temperature of the rail.When the surface temperature of rail is too high,the wear of the rail surface will be accelerated.What is more,it will lead to crack and peel and other destroy of the rail.However,the value of the transient heat transfer coefficient when the wheel passes over the rail has an influence on the degree of heat dissipation of the rail surface.So the paper focuses on the study of the transient heat transfer characteristics at the rail surface due to train passage by experimental method as the rolling wheels pass over the rail.This work is helpful to analyze accurately the transient heat transfer of the rail surface.
