目的：通过循证医学方法探寻《金匮要略》方治疗心力衰竭的方剂运用规律。方法：检索文献获取《金匮要略》方治疗心力衰竭的优势方剂谱,并使用已拟定的文献评价标准对临床研究文献及个案报道文献进行评价,进而获得心力衰竭在现代临床环境下的中医证型。结果：明确了《金匮要略》方治疗心力衰竭的临床研究文献有63篇,个案经验文献有23篇,常用方剂为葶苈大枣泻肺汤、肾气丸、木防己汤及防己黄芪汤,且前三个方剂均为高质量等级。结论：心力衰竭在现代临床环境下的主要中医证型,多为葶苈大枣泻肺汤证、肾气丸证、木防己汤证及防己黄芪汤证。

英文摘要：

Objective： By the method of evidence-based medicine to explore the rule of using Golden Chamber prescriptions in the treatment of heart failure. Methods： Literature was reviewed from published clinical research and case report based on use of the Golden Chamber in treatment of heart failure and their quality evaluation. And then obtain the Traditional Chinese Medicine（ TCM） syndrome type of heart failure in the modern clinical environment. Results： There were 63 pieces of clinical research literature,23 of the empirical cases. The literuature about Tingli Dazao Xiefei Decoction,Shenqi Pill and Mufangji Decoction in the treatment of heart failure was in high quality grade. Conclusion： Heart failure is confirmed as the main syndrome types of TCM in the modern clinical environment. The main syndrome types of heart failure are syndromes which are suitble treated with Tingli Dazao Xiefei Decoction,Shenqi Pill,Mufangji Decoction and Fangji Huangqi Decoction.
