用光谱法研究了蛇床子素与脱氧核糖核酸的相互作用,结果表明,在最大发射波长408 nm 处,脱氧核糖核酸能显著地猝灭蛇床子素的荧光信号.在pH=5.5 时,信号猝灭的强度△ F 最大,并且体系的荧光强度与DNA 浓度在10 ~ 40 nmol/L 范围内呈良好的线性关系.
The interaction of the Osthole and Deoxyribonucleic acid was studied by spectrometric methods. The results showed that the interaction caused the decrease of fluorescence intensity of Osthole at the maximum emission wavelength of 408 nm. Moreover, the decreased value A F reached the maximum at pH=5.5. It showed that the value of F varied linearly with the concentration of Deoxyribonucleic acid over the range from 10 nmol/L to 40 nmol/L under the optimal conditions.
