With the speeding up of reform and opening-up, ChinaJs economic growth witnesses a sound development trend. Tremendous consumption power of the vast market attracts investment from more and more for- eign-funded enterprises in China, which contribute significantly to Chinaj economic development, but simulta- neously gives rise to social responsibility and integrity and ethics anomies. Accordingly, efforts should be made on intensification of foreign-funded enterprises guidance and understanding of social responsibility and integrity and ethics so as to promote healthy development of the economy.
