文章基于空间的视角,研究福建县域单元的科技人才发展的网络机理,力图为福建人才建设提供参考。因子分析与ESDA结合的实证分析显示：内部累积率对科技人才发展起着决定作用,外部吸引力的建设亟待加强;县市科技人才发展已形成以福厦为引擎的网络结构;厦门主导的南部网络与福州主导的北部网络之间虽有差距,但可以通过各自优势的发挥和网络的传导缩小差距进而提升整体效率。在此基础上,对福建人才建设提出针对性参考意见。

英文摘要：

This paper,based on the perspective of space,studies the network mechanism of the development of science andtechnology talents at county-level administrative areas in Fujian province,and aims to provide reference for talents construc-tion for the province. The empirical study of the combination of factor analysis and ESDA show that：The internal accumula-tion rate plays a decisive role in the development of science and technology talents,and the construction of the external attrac-tion needs to be strengthened;The development of science and technology talents at county and city-level administrative ar-eas has formed a network structure by taking Fuzhou city and Xiamen city as the engines;Although there is a gap between thesouthern network led by Xiamen city and the northern network led by Fuzhou city,the overall efficiency can be improved byplaying their respective advantages and narrowing network transmission gap. Finally,the paper puts forth the targeted refer-ences to talents construction for the province based on the above study.
