用荧光分光光度计、电子万能试验机、摆锤冲击仪和热重分析仪对复合材料的荧光性能、力学性能和热稳定性进行表征,并用场发射扫描电子显微镜对稀土荧光竹塑复合材料拉伸断面的微观形貌进行观察。结果表明,随着铝酸锶荧光粉粒径的减小,稀土荧光竹塑复合材料的弯曲强度、弯曲模量、拉伸强度和冲击强度均先增大后减小,添加18μm荧光粉的稀土荧光竹塑复合材料的力学性能较好;随着铝酸锶荧光粉粒径的减小,发光强度增大;铝酸锶荧光粉粒径减小,在一定范围内会增强复合材料的界面黏合强度。
The fluorescent capacity, mechanical property, and thermal stability of strontium aluminate phosphor containing bamboo plastic composites were studied using fluorescence spectrophotometer, electronic universal testing machine, pendulum impact tester, and thermogravimetric analyzer. The tensile fractured surface of the composites was observed by field emission scanning electron microscopy. It showed that with decreasing particle size of strontium aluminate phosphor, the bending strength, bending modulus, tensile strength, and impact strength of the composites first increased, and then decreased, and the luminous intensity was increased. The particle size about 18 μm may result in optimal mechanical properties.
