为探明茶粉粒径大小对茶粉/高密度聚乙烯树脂(HDPE)复合体系性能的影响,对复合体系的力学性能进行了表征;通过应变、温度和频率扫描3种方法,测试了复合体系的储存模量(G’)和损耗模量(G″)随应变、温度和频率的变化.结果表明,G’和G″均随应变的增大先不变后大幅度下降,G’随温度的增大而降低,G’随频率的增大而增大.应变相同时,复合体系的G’和G″均随茶粉目数的增大而降低;温度和频率相同时,G’均随茶粉目数的增大而降低.结论:茶粉目数为100目时,复合体系的力学性能和耐水性能较好,也更有利于茶粉粒子在基体中的均匀分散;茶粉目数对复合体系线性黏弹区域的范围几乎没有影响.
In order to explore the effect of particle size of tea flour on tea flour / high density polyethylene( HDPE) composite system,the mechanical properties of the composite system were characterized,and the changes of storage modulus G’ and loss modulus G″ of composite system along with strain,temperature and frequency were tested through three methods of strain,temperature,and frequency scanning. The tests showed that G’ and G″ of composite system kept unchanged first,then declined sharply as the increase of strain,and G’ reduced with the increasing of temperature,increased as the increase of frequency. When the strain was constant,both of G’ and G″ declined as the increase of particle size of tea flour; when the temperature and frequency were constant,both of G’reduced as the increase of particle size of tea flour. The conclusion was that the mechanical properties and the water resistance of composite system could be better with adding 100 mesh of tea flour,and also more conducive to tea flour particles uniformly dispersed in the matrix; mesh almost had no effect on the scope of the composite system of linear viscoelastic region.
