木塑复合材料作为新型环保型材料被广泛使用,但对其在实用性很高的热致可逆变色功能方面的研究甚少。先介绍了热致可逆变色材料的研究概况,在此基础上详述了热致可逆变色木塑复合材料在建筑材料等方面的应用并提出了制备热致可逆变色木塑复合材料存在的变色灵敏性、相容性和环境适应性等问题。最后指出了热致可逆变色木塑复合材料的未来发展趋势,提出了基于变色剂微胶囊化的改善方法并简述了变色剂微胶囊的一些表征方法。
Wood-plastic composite is widely used as new environment-protection material, but few researches concern reversible thermochromism function that has good applicability. The research situation of reversible thermochromic materials is introduced firstly. On that basis, the application of reversible thermochromic wood-plastic composite on building materials etc. is expounded, and the problems of color-change sensitivity, compatibility and environmental suitability in preparing reversible thermochromie wood-plastic composite are put forward. In the end, the development trend in the future of reversible thermochromic wood-plastic composite is indicated, and the improving method based on color-change agent microencapsulation as well as some characterization me-thods of color-change agent microcapsule are presented.
