组织工程的主要目的是利用高分子生物材料构建类似细胞外基质的三维支架,用于诱导细胞粘附、生长、迁移和分化,从而修复受损组织或器官.超临界二氧化碳(SC-CO2)辅助工艺制备三维组织工程支架能克服传统制备工艺中支架有机溶剂残留量高的问题,在组织工程领域具有广阔的应用前景.综述了国内外SC-CO2辅助技术,如SC-CO2辅助发泡、SC-CO2辅助相分离、SC-CO2辅助干燥、SC-CO2辅助静电纺丝等在三维组织工程支架制备方面的研究进展及存在的问题.
The main purpose of tissue engineering is repairing damaged tissue or organ,by building extracellular matrix (ECM)-based 3-D biomaterials scaffolds,to induce cell adhesion,growth,migration and proliferation.The main limit of traditional technologies used to produce scaffolds is the organic solvent residue; therefore supercritical CO2 (SC-CO2) assisted technology,which can overcome the above problem,has been emerging in this field.The research progress and problems of several SC-CO2 assisted technologies,such as SC-CO2 assisted foaming,SC-CO2 assisted phase separation,SC-CO2 assisted drying and SC-CO2 assisted electrospinning and so on,for preparing tissue engineering scaffolds are introduced.
