The rural investing and financing system is the key factor to decide the capacity of the capital to flow smoothly in the development of rural economy, thus a scientific and sound system plays an extremely important role in prompting the current new countryside construction. This paper seeks for the enlightenment of the international experiences concerned on the basis of comparing both the similarities and differences of international rural investing and financing systems, aiming at providing effective references for our rural investing and financing system reform.
