In the process of urbanization, ecological crisis has become prominent factors and ecological security assessment forms the basic strategy for ecological management. Urban ecological security PSR model design under the background of technical advancement not only reveals roots and responding trends of urban ecological risks, but also explains the negative impact of technical advancement on ecological environment.
