直接利用2.2kW异步电动机定子冲片和基座,重新设计电机的转子,将感应电动机改进成自起动永磁同步电动机。采用有限元分析软件,对电动机进行二维电磁场分析,仿真结果表明改进后的电动机具备较好的起动性能,功率因数和效率得到较大提高,达到了节能目的。
A line-start permanent magnet synchronous motor(LSPMSM) developed by utilizing the stator of the three- phase induction motor and redesigning the rotor was presented. The finite element analysis (FEA) software was used to assess the performance of the amended LSPMSM by two-dimensional model. The simulation results indicate that the rode- signed motor has good starting performance and significant improvement in power factor and efficiency. The energy-saving purposes was achieved.
