设计了以单片机、DSP和CPLD为控制芯片所组成的三核控制器。在该控制器中,单片机主要完成2个张力信号传输过程中数据的处理、对矩阵键盘的采集并得到系统各参数的设定值;DSP主要完成CPLD传输来的速度和张力等控制参数的算法处理、控制器彩屏的实时显示;CPLD主要完成上位机与控制器的通信、编码器采集信号的滤波以及转速计算、电机速度和张力的数码管显示等。对该控制器进行了负载实验,实验证明所设计的控制器抗扰动能力更好,具有良好的发展前景。
A three nuclear controller component by MCU, DSP and CPLD was designed. MCU was used in the controller to finish tension data processing when transmission and acquire the setting value from matrix keyboard; DSP was mainly used to realize the control parameters algorithm processing and real time color screen display of the controller; CPLD was mainly used to achieve the communication between PC and the controller, the signal filtering of the encoder, digital tube display of the motor speed and tension and so on. In the control experimental platform proceeding the load experiments, the final experimental results show the three nuclear controller has stronger anti-load disturbance ability, thus satisfying the requirements of modem industrial control, has a better application prospect.
