研究了应用于气固两相流流动参数检测的阵列式静电传感器频率特性,建立了阵列式静电传感器的数学模型,定义了动态灵敏度,应用数值模拟结合实验的方法得到了阵列式静电传感器的轴向灵敏区域和频率响应特性。结果表明:传感器近极片的轴向灵敏区域最小,中心轴向处的灵敏区域最大;空间频率分布为距极片越近,频带越宽,峰值频率越大;速度越大频带越宽,峰值频率越大;极片越长,信号的频带越窄;得到了粒子速度、灵敏区域长度和峰值频率3者之间的关系。
The frequency characteristic of electrostatic sensor array for measurement of gas-solid two-phase flow is investigated. Mathematical model of the electrostatic sensor array is established, the dynamic sensitivity is defined. The axial sensitive zone and frequency response on the electrostatic sensor array are acquired through simulation and tests. The results show that the axial sensing zone near the electrode is smaller than that in the central axis; The frequency bandwidth near the electrode is wider and the peak values is bigger; the faster the velocity is, the wider the bandwidth is, and the peak value is bigger; the longer the electrode length is, the narrower the frequency bandwidth is. And the relationship among particle velocity, length of sensitivity zone and frequency peak value is demonstrated.
