Lechan Yang, received an ME. degree in the application of Geographic Information System technology in 2004. She is currently pursuing a Ph.D. degree in Earth System Science from Nanjing University, Nanjing, China. Her main research interests include data analytics in remote sensing. He has worked for Chinese Academy of Sciences, since 1983. He has conducted the National Key Basic Research Program of China since 2010 and published over 40 journal articles. His research interests include remote sensing. Kun Wang, received the B. Eng. and Ph.D. degree in the School of Computer, Nanjing University of Posts and Telecommunications, Nanjing, China, in 2004 and 2009. From 2013 to 2015, he was a Postdoc Fellow in Electrical Engineering Department, University of California, Los Angeles (UCLA), CA, USA. In 2016, he was a Research Fellow in the School of Comput- er Science and Engineering, the University of Aizu, Aizu-Wakamatsu City, Fukushima, Japan. He is currently an Associate Professor in the School of Internet of Things, Nanjing University of Posts and Telecommunications, Nanjing, China. He has published over 50 papers in referred international conferences and journals. He has received Best Paper Award at IEEE GLOBECOM'2016. He serves as Associate Editor of IEEE Access, Journal of Network and Computer Appli- cations, EAI Transactions on Industrial Networks and Intelligent Systems and Editor of Journal of Internet Technology.
