为提高气体传感器信号采集的实时性和精确度,利用MSP430设计了基于微传感器阵列的数据采集、传输、显示和存储系统,能够对多路微传感器信号进行采集,经信号衰减、A/D转换、串口通信传送到上位机进行接收和存储,并以折线图的方式进行实时显示。利用静态配气法配制了2.5×10^-2~2.5×10^-1mg/L乙醇气体,进行了连续实验。结果表明,该系统能连续、稳定地对多路传感器信号进行实时采集,平均测量误差为0.2%,具有实时性强、精度高、界面友好和成本低廉等优点。
In order to improve the real-time property and the accuracy for gas sensor signal monitoring,a measuring system based on micro gas sensor array for data acquisition,transmission,display and storage was designed using MSP430.Multi-channel signals were gathered,degraded,A / D transformed and transferred serially to host computer for storage and display in the form of polygon. A static state method was employed to obtain the ethanol atmosphere with the concentration range of 50 ~ 500 ppm,and continuous measuring experiments were conducted. The results show that the designed system can steadily detect the target gas with an average error about 0. 2% and possess the advantages of good real-time property,high accuracy and low cost.
