酒精罐在使用一段时间后,由于地基变形等原因,使罐体位置发生纵向倾斜和横向偏转等变化,从而导致罐容表发生改变,为准确测量酒精罐内酒精的容量,需要定期对罐容表进行重新标定。首先我们将实际酒精罐抽象成小椭圆型的数学模型并给定纵向倾斜α,研究罐体变位后对罐容表的影响;再将上一问题中的数学模型扩展到实际生活中,并给出的大量实际采集数据。根据这些特点我们在物理模型的基础上,通过合理的假设,利用Matlab软件对给出的大量数据进行分析拟合,从而得出实现对酒精罐的变位识别与罐容表标定。
After a period of use,vertical deflection and transverse tilt happened to the alcohol tanks due to some reasons such as the deformation of foundation,and the deflection or tilt would result in the change of its ca-pacity chart.In order to measure the capacity of the alcohol in the tanks accurately,we need to recalibrate the ca-pacity chart of the alcohol tanks periodically.First,we abstract the actual alcohol tank into a small elliptical mathematical model with a vertical tilt angle α and use it to research the relationship between α and the capacity of the alcohol tank.Then,we extend the mathematical model to reality,and give a large number of actual data.According to these characteristics and reasonable assumption,we achieve to the identification of position and re-calibration of capacity charts by using the Matlab software to analyze and fit the large amounts of data.
