Oomycete includes many destructive pathogens of plants.Several genome databases of important oomycete species had been constructed,which are significant for genomics research.In this paper,the current progresses of these resources were reviewed and the data mining methods were introduced,to facilitate the utility of oomycete genome data resources and accelerate the research of functional genomics.
