A＆#232;uabirnavirus（ ABV）,beLonging to Birnaviridae,is a serious pathogen of a contagious viraL disease of a-＆#232;uatic animaLs,which has brought great Losses for a＆#232;uacuLture worLdwide,and Infectious Pancreatic Necrosis Virus （ IPNV）is its representative species. Its genome contains two separated bi-strand RNA fragment,negative strand RNA are used as tempLate in the genome repLication process,and 5 poLypeptides are encoded in the infection cycLe.
