用硼铁矿粉和三种还原剂作原料,在实验室条件下,系统研究了还原温度、配碳量(c/o摩尔比)、还原剂种类、还原剂粒度、成球压力及球团尺寸等因素对硼铁矿含碳球团还原过程的影响,为硼铁矿转底炉煤基直接还原工艺开发提供参考。
The effects of reduction temperature, carbon content ( i. e. C/O mole ratio), kinds of reducing agents, particle size of reducing agent, pelletizing pressure and green pellet size etc. on the reduction process of carbon-containing pellets of ludwigite ores were studied systematically under the laboratory condition using ludwigite fines and three kinds of reducing agents as raw ma- terials,providing reference for the development of rotary hearth furnace coal-based direction reduction process of ludwigite ores.
