研究了不同土壤中,氯氰菊酯降解变化和对土壤酶活性的影响。结果表明,氯氰菊酯在土壤中的降解遵循一级动力学方程,降解半衰期为15.1—31.4d。土壤中加入氯氰菊酯后,对土壤过氧化氢酶和淀粉酶活性仅在高剂量时才有抑制作用。氯氰菊酯对不同土壤酶活性的影响与土壤性质有关,但处理培养时间达25d后,不同土壤中各项酶活性指标基本恢复至对照水平。
The degradati on of cypermethrin in different soil and the effects on soil enzyme activity are conducted The results show that degradation of cypermethrin in soil follows the first-order kinetic equation and the half time is 15. 1 days to 31. 4 days. Only high concentration of cypermethrin added into the soils can restrain the activity of hydrogen peroxidase and amylase. The different affection on soil enzyme activity by cypermethrin is related to the property of the soil. However, all the indexes of kinds of soil enzyme activities can recovery to the control level after treating the cultural time to 25 days later.
