在分析新型内啮合圆销式齿形链啮合机理的基础上,利用坐标变换理论建立了内啮合齿形链啮合过程中不同阶段的数学模型,并利用最小二乘法拟合得出了内啮合齿形链的啮合迹线,对比分析了内啮合齿形链和外啮合齿形链紧边中心的运动轨迹和波动量。高速台架试验和计算结果表明,新型内啮合齿形链具有振动小、噪声低、传动平稳和耐磨损性能好等特点。
Based on analysis of the meshing mechanism of a new round-pin jointed silent chain with inner meshing mechanism,the a mathematic model of the inner meshing mechanism silent chain meshing with different stage was developed based on the coordinate transformation theory.The meshing track of the inner meshing mechanism silent chain was obtained by least-squares fitting,and the motion trail and fluctuation quantity of the chain's tight side between the new inner meshing silent chain and the traditional outer meshing silent chain were compared and analyzed.The experimental results on a high-speed bench and the calculation results show that the characteristics of the new inner meshing mechanism silent chain include little vibration,low noise,smooth transportation,good wear resistance etc.
