In the network, netizen individual is the main behavior body of the drive of rumor spreading.So we need to take netizen individual as the central of the research of network rumor spreading, by whichwe can discover the inner rule of the netizen individual opinion in the process of rumor spreading. In thenext step, we build the individual behavior simulation model BDI from the point of agent model. As theresult, we can explain the inner mechanism of evolution of network rumor spreading. These achievementscan be used to support the establishment of network public opinion strategy and information disclosurestrategy.
