将半乳糖配基和组胺接枝到O-羧甲基壳聚糖合成了N-半乳糖-O-组胺酰化羧甲基壳聚糖,采用探针式超声法将其制备成pH敏感型纳米胶束,并采用透析法研究了该纳米胶束载药后的释放性能.结果表明,该纳米胶束在pH 7.4(正常组织pH值)时呈球形,平均粒径介于106.1~173.6 nm之间,而载药纳米胶束在pH 6.5(癌组织pH值)时强烈释放药物.该纳米胶束有望作为pH敏感型纳米药物载体.
N-lactosam-O-histamine acylated carboxymethyl chitosan was synthesized by lactose groups and histamine grafted with O-carboxymethyl chitosan;the pH-sensitive nanomicelles were prepared by the probe ultrasonication method;the release behavior of the drug-loaded nanoparticles was studied by the dialyzer method.The results showed that the diameter of the nanomicelles was between 106.1~173.6 nm,with a spherical morphology at pH 7.4(the pH of normal tissues);the drug released mightily from the nanomicelles at pH 6.5(the pH of tumor tissues),which can be used as a pH-sensitive nanocarrier for drugs.
