英文摘要：

This paper presents an ontology framework for network information content security and its related event relations. It is to use ontology and social network combined technique to analyze crime or group threatening activities on network content space such as BBS, QQ, E- mail, Blog and so on. By setting up relative group structures, link factors, behavior models and other information content security model for those activities, we could find their possible existing intentions, and by extracting these related information content, analyzing subjects, find key figures and his related groups. The technique is aimed at improving the efficiency of monitoring Internet sensitive content, to protect national security from damage, or finance from crisis, and public life from disturbed. The research result could provide supporting references to data analysis, inspection and decision making areas.
