Through investigation, we describe the status quo of famers＇ differentiation and their understanding of rural land system; conduct researches on farmers＇ differentiation on the requirements, such as transfer, inheritance, mortgage of the management right of land contract, etc., from two aspects, profession differentiation and income differentiation; and summarize the policy implication of farmers＇ differentiation on the selection of rural land system and reform.
