采用正交试验法研究了合金碳含量、烧结制度、钴含量、球磨球料比及球磨时间对粗晶硬质合金体积收缩率、冲击韧性和横向断裂强度的影响。结果表明:烧结制度、球磨时间是影响合金体积收缩率的最主要因素;烧结制度、钴含量是影响合金冲击韧性的最主要因素;烧结制度是影响合金横向断裂强度的最主要因素。适当提高烧结温度、增加球磨时间及提高钴含量,可得到显微组织更好、缺陷更少的粗晶硬质合金,其致密度、冲击韧性和横向断裂强度均有提高。
The effects were studied by orthogonal experiments of carbon content, sintering system, cobalt content, ball to raw material ratio, and milling time on volume shrinkage, impact toughness and transverse rupture strength of coarse-grained cemented carbides. The results show that the most important factors af- fecting alloy volume shrinkage are sintering system and milling time,and those affecting impact toughness are sintering system and cobalt content. The most important factor affecting transverse rupture strength is sintering system. By appropriately increasing sintering temperature, milling time and cobalt content, the coarse-grained cemented carbide with better mierostructure and less defects can be obtained, and its relative density,impact toughness and transverse rupture strength are improved.
