介绍了超细/纳米WC—Co复合粉末的主要制备方法:液相还原法、氧化-还原法、溶胶-凝胶法、共沉淀法和喷雾转化法,并结合笔者研究成果详细阐述了喷雾转化法的研究现状,指出该方法具有流程短、粉末组元均匀化及晶粒纳米化等优点,但在粒度及形貌控制、组元迁移和低温原位还原碳化三个方面还需更加深入的理论研究。
The main preparation technologies are introduced for ultrafine/nano WC-Co composite powders, such as liquid phase reduction method,oxidation-reduction method, sol-gel method, coprecipitation method and spray conversion method. The current research on spray conversion is expounded based on the research results of the authors, and its advantages are pointed out, such as short process, uniform distribution of powder components and nano-crystallization. However, some deeper theoretical researches are to be conducted ina spects of control of particle size and morphology,component migration and in-situ low-temperature reduction carbonization.
