为培育适宜上海地区种植的转Bt基因抗虫粳型水稻品种,采用传统轮回育种与现代分子育种手段结合,将我国第一个通过安全评估的水稻品种‘华恢1号'中的Bt基因CrylAb/CrylAc转育到上海主栽粳稻品种‘秀水134'中,育成了回交3次自交7代(BC_3F_7)品系‘Bt秀水134';该品系在生育期、形态、产量及品质上与‘秀水134'相近或略好,可作为后续抗虫育种材料,也可作为上海地区推广转基因抗虫粳稻的储备品种。
In order to breed trans-fit japonica rice varieties suitable for planting in Shanghai area,Bt gene(CrylAb/CrylAc) of ' Huahui 1' which was the first rice variety passing safety assessment in China was transferred into japonica rice variety 'Xiushui 134' mainly cultivated in Shanghai by traditional recurrent breeding and modern molecular breeding,and the BC_3F_7 line ' Bt Xiushui 134 ' was bred.The line was similar to or slightly better than 'Xiushui 134' in growth period,shape,yield and quality.It could be used as a breeding material for insect resistance,and also could be used as a reserve variety of transgenic insect resistant japonica rice in Shanghai area.
