为研究软岩巷道的防水控制技术及理论,设计了泥质类膨胀软岩在初压、加载体积不变和初压注浆强化三种不同状态下的孔隙比与渗透系数关系实验装置,对膨胀性软岩在三种状态的渗水过程进行了试验研究,得出了三种不同类型的孔隙比与渗透系数关系试验结论;根据巷道突水机理和岩土有效应力作用原理,分析研究了注浆过程中有效应力增加和孔隙水压力减少的防水控制机理,为软岩巷道注浆强化防水提供了实验参数和理论根据。工业性试验和实测结果表明,膨胀性软岩巷道注浆和围岩强化控制技术防水效果显著,施工方便,具有广阔的推广应用前景。
In order to investigate waterproof controlling theory and technology of soft rock roadway,a device was designed to measure the relation between permeability coefficient and void ratio for mud class swelling rock in the states of initial pressure, constant volume under loading, and grouting with initial pressure. The seepage process for swelling soft rock in the three states was investigated and three types of relation between permeability coefficient and void ratio were reached. According to water inrush mechanism of roadway and working principle of effective stress, the mechamism for effective stress increase and pore water pressure decrease during grouting process was analyzed, which can provide a theoretical basis and experimental parameters for grouting strengthening waterproof of soft rock roadway. Industrial test and measured results show that, surrounding rock strengthening controlling and grouting strengthening technology gave significant effect for the waterproof of swelling soft rock. The technology is easy to construct and promising in application.
