为实现孔庄煤矿7431综放工作面上下端头放顶煤,提高端头回收率,防止工作面端头遗留煤的自燃,进行了端头放顶煤的试验和研究。进行了上下端头处支架适用性和端头顶煤运移规律的研究,提出了适用于孔庄煤矿7431综放面的端头支护方式、端头放煤工艺和顶煤放出的辅助措施。在保证支护质量的前提下,提高了端头煤炭的回收率,经济效益十分显著。
In order to realize the top coal caving of 7431 fully-mechanized caving face in both workface end region, thus improve the recovery and prevent the spontaneous combustion, a test that is applicability analysis of end hydraulic and measurement displacement of top coal was conducted in the Kongzhuang Coal Mine, therefore which is based on to choose the appropriate end support mode, design productive caving method and accessorial caving measures for workface end region. The results show that, on the premise of good support quality, the coal recovery is increased, and remarkable economic benefit is got.
