From opening and reform, China manufactming has experienced a rapid growth, Manufacturing gives a great contribution to China economic growth. Author studies the influence of top manufacturing 500 business to regional economic growth from business scale and spatial distribution aspects. The conclusions show that 70 percent top 500 business concentrate in east developed area; top 500 manufacturing business have scale effects to regional economic growth; the pull mechansm to regional economic growth is investment pull.
