笔者对现阶段我国小型企业劳资关系规范现状及其影响因素进行了分析,并提出完善小型企业劳资关系的公共政策、强化工会的维权和协调作用、建全劳动者社会救济制度和劳方社会保障流动机制、发展小型企业资方社会组织等建议。
The present paper focuses its analysis on the current state and the influencing factors of the labor relations standard of small-sized enterprises in China.Suggestions are proposed on the public policies and the enforcement of right preservation and harmonizing function of the Unions;on the perfection of the laborers' social welfare system and the mobile mechanism of their social security;and on the development of the social organization.
