在基于社会网络结构的基础上,通过构建知识传导过程中的扩散模型,从而研究了社会关系层次度、外部政策变化、群体中人员构成、口头交流对知识扩散速度和程度的影响,并进行了仿真研究。研究结果表明:社会关系层次度越大,知识扩散速度和程度越大;外部政策与扩散速度和程度具有同方向关系,且是扩散行为产生突变的重要因素;当系统成员中存在领导者时,知识溢出传导路径将发生改变,扩散速度明显加快;当个体之间的口头交流存在负反馈作用时,它明显降低知识扩散速度和程度,且随着负反馈个体的增多,这种下降趋势逐渐增大。因此,在促进知识传播与应用的过程中,首先要鼓励网络中的个体与个体、组织与组织、个体与组织之间进行密切的交流与相互学习;其次是政府要适时推出有利于该项知识和技术传播的政策,政策是加速传播的催化剂;第三是要在社会网络中注重培育明星效应。

英文摘要:

Based on the social network, through constructing a diffusion model in the course of knowledge conduction process, this paper studies the influence of such factors as social structural level, changes of policy, composition of group members and oral communications on the speed and extent of knowledge diffusion. Simulative research is also performed. The results indicate that the larger the social structural level is, the higher the speed and extent of knowledge diffusion will be; the external policy has a relationship of same direction with diffusion speed and extent, it is also an important factor to bring mutation to the diffusion action; when there is a leader in the system, the path of knowledge spillover and diffusion will be changed, and the diffusion will speed up; when there is negative feedback in the oral communication between individuals, it will obviously slow down the speed and extent of the diffusion, and with the increasing of the negative feedback individuals, the declining trend will become greater. Therefore, during the course of promoting knowledge dissemination and application, the first thing to do is to encourage close communication and mutual learning between individuals and individuals, organizations and organizations, and individuals and organizations; secondly, the Government should put forward some policies favorable to the diffusion of the knowledge and technology in a timely manner, as the policy is a kind of catalyst to accelerate the diffusion; the third is to focus on nurturing the star effect in the social network.
