Graduates could make more profit in higher frequency range of labor mobility. But the segmented labor market in our country decreases the mobility of graduates between urban and rural areas, so that the employment profit of graduates is low. Therefore, solution to increase the employment profit of the university graduates is to deepen the reform of hukou system and to break the segmented labor market.
